Customer Survey
The 2010 Customer Service Assessment, sponsored by HQ IMCOM, is open from 30 Aug until 26 Sep. Everyone who works on, or receives services from a Garrison is asked to take this Army wide survey. The survey results allow the Garrison Commander, Region Director, and IMCOM HQ leaders to identify trends and possible problem areas and then take appropriate action.
