Investment Policy Note

NOTE: The Army Banking and Investment Fund portfolio is the sole investment vehicle authorized for U.S. Army and Department of Defense Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities. This is the current guidance for management of the portfolio; it is approved by the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management & Comptroller). The portfolio is managed by the Banking and Investment Office, Financial Management Directorate, Family and MWR Command.
