- Referencing 3-1.h Business Activities - (7) relating to Performance Measurement: In order to measure performance and establish a baseline, IMCOM business activity metric scorecards (Appendix C) and internal control checklists (Appendix B) are established for food & beverage, bowling, and golf operations. Also part of these assessments are Business Programs Price Survey and Bar Premium List checklists. Program assessments using the scorecards and internal control checklists will be completed by the Region Business Programs Analyst during annual site visits. These assessments must be completed by the Region Business Programs Division, on-site at all garrisons with Business Program activities, on an annual basis to ensure compliance with IMCOM policies. Garrison business activities will conduct self assessments using the scorecards and internal control checklists and submit completed assessments to the region with the annual operating budget.
