MISSION STATEMENT
Formulate policy, programs, guidance, and execution for MWR facility, delivery, sustainment, restoration and modernization of existing MWR facilities, and execution of Army Lodging, and AFRC facility construction and renovation.

FUNCTIONS:
· Provides centralized management of Army Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) construction requirements, oversight of MWR MILCON and SRM requirements, and mission funded interior and foodservice design services.
· Provides the replacement, modernization, and construction of new MWR facilities supports the Army Family Covenant and Soldier Family Action Plan in the programming efforts of FMWRC front-door operators (Child, Youth & Schools Services, Business Operations, Army Lodging, Armed Forces Recreation Centers, and Soldier Program and Community Recreation to provide functional, modern, safe, and energy efficient facilities.
· Provide construction project delivery through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and/or contracted services of private firms.
