Army Family and MWR Marketing

Marketing Directorate
Formally established in October 2008, the FMWRC Marketing Directorate was created to provide an enterprise approach to marketing and serve the FMWR Command and all garrisons more efficiently. Directorate responsibilities include standardizing FMWR marketing policies and giving guidance and direction to marketing managers at the garrisons. The Directorate is comprised of five divisions each offering distinct services and capabilities. They include:

 

        ·         Research and Analysis
·         Communications/Account Management
·         Creative Services
·         Events and Promotions
 
The team consists of professionals with diverse experience within both the government and private sector. Together they promote programs and initiatives, and launch campaigns from their Alexandria, VA based office to all Soldiers and Families around the world.
 
The Directorate is committed to enhancing research and analysis capabilities to provide more timely and actionable data, developing “turnkey” marketing materials for the garrisons to utilize, changing the governance structure to include the field and ensure their needs are being met and actively promoting the Army Family Covenant and Family and MWR brand, services, and products.
